King Delhi Airport – Hotel near airport in New Delhi

The hotel had okay rooms, which were small compared to the photos but with very good and fast services. The staff were very polite and accommodating, making us feel welcomed. The location was very convenient, being close to the airport, although Uber pickups might be a bit tricky due to its alley location. The dining experience was mixed, with some excellent options outside the hotel. However, the room size discrepancy was a letdown despite the efficient services provided.

The hotel has amazing food and rooms but falls short with a smelly and dirty environment, exemplified by the presence of rats. The nonfunctional AC adds to the discomfort. Service is exceptional, being incredibly helpful and generous. The location is convenient for airport travelers but a bit hidden, offering both AC and non-AC room options. The dining experience is fantastic, making it a top choice in Delhi.

The hotel's rooms were not as clean as expected, with a lack of essential amenities like dental kits, hand towels, bath towels, and slippers, resulting in a smelly and disappointing experience. However, considering the price, it was somewhat acceptable. The service, on the other hand, was very polite and the location close to Indira Gandhi International Airport was convenient. Dining options were limited and not of high quality, but the hotel's efforts to be helpful and friendly were noticeable.
